Tour itinerary
Day 1 : Marrakech – Atlas Mountains – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Roses & Dades Valley
3 Day tour from Fes to Marrakech , Our guide will pick you up from your Marrakech hotel at 8 AM and escort you to the departure point. We will travel over the Atlas Mountain range and descend into the Kasbah at Ait Ben Haddou. The Kasbah (there are actually six of them within a walled city) is a place of wonder. Here you will feel almost like you have stepped back in time to the days of gladiators, desert nomads, and ancient trading markets. Lunch on the first day will be taken in the Kasbah at Ait Ben Haddou after the guided tour has finished. Our next stop on our first day will be at Ouarzazate. We will admire the scenery of a city where several blockbuster movies have been filmed. Classics like The Mummy and Lawrence of Arabia are among the many films which have taken in a city often called “The Gateway to the Desert”. In the desert’s gateway city we can take stop at a café before venturing on to the Dades Valley. Once there you can relax and unwind at a private guesthouse in Dades with en-suite bathroom and enjoy the culinary delights of a Moroccan evening dinner.
Day 2: Dades – Todra Gorges – El Jorf – Erfoud – Merzouga (Night in Desert Camp Camel Trips luxury camp )
After breakfast, we go from Dades gorges to the Erg Chebbi Sahara desert in Merzouga. Berber villages are scattered along the way, we’ll pass through Tinjdad, Jorf, and Erfoud in which we’ll feel the beginning of the Saharan oasis of Tafilalet, and we continue to Merzouga where your guide and camels will be waiting to carry you across high sand dunes of Morocco Sahara Desert. Camel ride as the sunset across the sand dunes to reach our nomad desert camp in Erg Chebbi. with drums music in the middle of the Sahara desert Dinner and overnight under a nomad tent.
Day 3 : Merzouga Desert – Ziz Valley – Midelt – Ifran- Fes
Wake up to witness the beautiful scenery of sunrise from the top of the dunes of Erg Chebbi then ride camel back to the Kasbah hotel in Merzouga, Breakfast will be served at Hotel and take a shower. After being done with Merzouga sightseeing, you’ll be transferred to Erfoud to head to Fez through Ziz Valley, Midelt, and the famed Middle Atlas cedar forest with its Barbery apes. Late afternoon arrival to Fes, drop off at your riad/hotel in fes
