Arrival in Merzouga – camel ride to the camp
Arrival in Merzouga on your own. Transfer to the Erg Chebbi dunes and camel ride to the camp, where a Berber dinner waits. Then Berber drums, the calm of the desert and the starry sky.

4x4 tour around the dunes
Sunrise in the dunes, breakfast and camel ride back. The 4x4 is waiting for the “return of the dunes” route: the village of Khamlia and Gnawa music, Berber nomads, the mines of Lmifis and hidden villages with mud mosques. Lunch included. Back to the camp by 4x4.

An amazing desert experience not to be forgotten. Such a luxury experience in the middle of the Sahara: great tents, great service, great food and the view. The sunset camel ride was amazing and the sunrise from the camp was great.

Where do you pick us up?
At your riad or hotel in the start city. If your riad is inside the medina, we meet you at the nearest place a car can reach.
Which night is in your camp?
The desert night is always at Camel Trips Luxury Camp in the Erg Chebbi dunes, in a private tent with bathroom.
Can we add a night or an activity?
Yes – an extra night in the desert, quad, buggy, sandboarding or a 4x4 tour. Ask us on WhatsApp.
How do we book?
