Marrakech – Aït Ben Haddou – Dades valley
We leave Marrakech early and cross the High Atlas Mountains by the Tizi n’Tichka pass. Stop to explore the UNESCO World Heritage kasbah of Aït Ben Haddou, then continue to the Dades valley.

Dades valley – Todra gorge – Merzouga
After breakfast we drive to the Todra gorge, with time to walk between its towering cliffs. In the afternoon we reach Merzouga, where the camels wait for a sunset ride across the dunes to our camp. Berber dinner under the stars, with local music.

Merzouga – Marrakech
Wake up early for the sunrise over the dunes, then ride back by camel. After breakfast we start the journey back to Marrakech, arriving in the evening.

An amazing desert experience not to be forgotten. Such a luxury experience in the middle of the Sahara: great tents, great service, great food and the view. The sunset camel ride was amazing and the sunrise from the camp was great.

Where do you pick us up?
At your riad or hotel in the start city. If your riad is inside the medina, we meet you at the nearest place a car can reach.

The desert night is always at Camel Trips Luxury Camp in the Erg Chebbi dunes, in a private tent with bathroom.
Can we add a night or an activity?
Yes – an extra night in the desert, quad, buggy, sandboarding or a 4x4 tour. Ask us on WhatsApp.
