Fes – Merzouga
Pick-up at your hotel at 8 am. We drive via Azrou, the cedar forests and the Ziz gorges, with a lunch stop in a Berber café. At the edge of the Erg Chebbi dunes you meet your camel guide and ride to the camp in the middle of the dunes.

Merzouga – Ziz valley – Fes
Wake up early for the sunrise from the top of the dunes, then ride back by camel. After breakfast we drive back to Fes via Rissani, Erfoud, Errachidia and Midelt, with a stop for photos of the monkeys in the cedar forest of Azrou. Drop-off at your riad or hotel.

An amazing desert experience not to be forgotten. Such a luxury experience in the middle of the Sahara: great tents, great service, great food and the view. The sunset camel ride was amazing and the sunrise from the camp was great.

Where do you pick us up?
At your riad or hotel in the start city. If your riad is inside the medina, we meet you at the nearest place a car can reach.
Which night is in your camp?
The desert night is always at Camel Trips Luxury Camp in the Erg Chebbi dunes, in a private tent with bathroom.
Can we add a night or an activity?
Yes – an extra night in the desert, quad, buggy, sandboarding or a 4x4 tour. Ask us on WhatsApp.
