Day 1 :Marrakech – Gorges of Dadès

In our  4 days from Marrakech to Merzouga Pick up where the customer is staying (Riad or Hotel) at 8:30 am. Departure from Marrakech, direction the Dadès Gorges, crossing the High Atlas, mandatory step to reach our destination and passing through the highest mountain pass in Morocco, the Tizi-n-Tichka (2260metros), with panoramic stops and spectacular views that will surprise us. Day 2 : The Dades Gorges – Merzouga

After breakfast we continue the route through the Dades valley to reach the Todra Gorges, the highest in Morocco, where you can walk for a while along the river bank, and enjoy the wonderful scenery. The route continues by 4×4 to the palm groves of Jorf, where we stop to visit the Khettaras, a very old irrigation system used by the people of the village to bring water to their palm trees and orchards. Day 3 :Merzouga – Agdz

Day to get up early to see the sunrise, have breakfast and leave the desert with the 4×4 vehicle to take the road that will lead us to the Draa Valley. We visit Rissani, with its peculiar souk where all the nomads of the desert are supplied. Then continues the route through the black desert and acacia (Saghro mountain), and stop for lunch in N’kob, the village of 4×4 kasbahs. In the afternoon arrival in the Draa Valley, which is bathed by the Draa River, one of the largest in Morocco and its water turns this area into an extensive chain of fertile oases. Day 4: Agdz – Marrakech

After breakfast, departure from Agdz to Marrakech, passing through the mountains of Aït Saoun, to the Kasbah Aït Ben Haddou, where we can stop for lunch and then visit the Kasbah, World Heritage of Humanity by Unesco and place where many Hollywood movies have been filmed. From here the route continues through the Ounila Valley with its wonderful scenery and Berber villages, to the Kasbah Telouet, where you can visit. In a distant time, there was a grandiose Palace, that of “The Glaoui family”, which was built on an ancient Kasbah dating from the eighteenth century, with the strategic purpose of being able to control the salt mines and the passage of trade caravans, which crossed from black Africa through the Draa Valley to the Imperial Cities.
